How do you feel about these inspirational self help quotes. I just love them.
I have always been a fan of inspirational quotes. There is just something about the way good inspirational quotes are put together that I love. They not only inform, but they make you want to take immediate action. Now we have another series of important quotes. These quotes about taking time for yourself. This is a biggie in self-care. But enough from me. Lets see some experts quotes about taking time for yourself.
It's about listening to the needs of your soul and then honoring them. Surround yourself with people, color, sounds, and work that nourish you. Caring for myself is an act of survival. This meant people, jobs, my own beliefs and habits — anything that kept me small. My judgement called it disloyal. Now I see it as self-loving. Every act of self-care is a powerful declaration: I am on my side, I am on my side, each day I am more and more on my own side.
Your survival is not just important; it's an act of revolution. Quotes about self care from caregivers. A case could be made that this is not truly self care. It is just care. I acknowledge to that argument. Semantically it is true. But if we cannot, or will not perform self care on ourselves, there are many people out there that may help.
Who are the caregivers.
When you think of self care and caregivers, your mind probably jumps to an old age home and someone in their final years needing a lot of self care help. While this is part of self care and caregivers, I would argue it is a small part. The biggest self care caregivers are parents. They start doing everything for you, then slowly educate and teach you to find what you need and perform your own self care.
Then there teachers, doctors, psychologists, drill instructors, bosses, HR people, massage therapists, hair stylists, payroll people… the list goes on of people who do things for you and teach you things that could or should become part of a self care routine. Self care makes your use of time more sustainable.

If you have ever thought, while surrounded by all your material possessions, "Is this it? Is this all there is? It will bring significance to your life, and introduce you to the reality of spiritual existence. Those were dark days for Europe as civil unrest was spreading in Germany and neighboring countries. The Depression was destroying hope with savage efficiency, and horrifying memories of the butchery and carnage of the Great War were still vivid.
Several in the gathering had witnessed firsthand the results of mankind's inhumanity and the depths to which those in power were capable of descending. Was humanity doomed to repeat the senseless brutality of the World War? Was there no alternative to the hate and vitriol that seemed to define the times? As she began to realize that she was channeling an entity from another realm, she also became clear that the spiritual being was urging her to record its words.
Thus, the group began the process of detailing these communications. Others in the group also began to receive the spirits' words and, therefore, shared the task of transcription. Several years later, all-out war was taking shape across Europe, and yet, the group persevered.
While in refuge, one of the members in the group befriended my grandfather and entrusted him to protect the transcripts and notes when he emigrated to the United States. I was completely unaware of the transcripts' existence until the day my grandfather called me into his bedroom. He wanted me to have them because he did not want me to grieve his imminent death. The messages, he told me, would explain our true origin and purpose as humans on Earth, confirm that our souls are eternal and give me reason to rejoice in his "transition," as he refused to call it death.
More than thirty years have passed since that day, and the wishes of my grandfather and his celestial friends have at last been fulfilled. In this work you will read the original passages denoted in italics as they were recorded more than eighty years ago, including their concept of spelling. The book follows the chronology with which the messages were recorded.
You will notice the information becomes more detailed and descriptive as you advance into the material. Per the group's notes, the spirit entities initially had difficulty in conveying celestial "thoughts" and the receivers struggled to put them into the written word.
As time passed, they became more adept at bridging the gap between the two worlds. The commentary interspersed between the messages is a combination of our writing and the group's notes. Our impressions reflect our study of metaphysics, parapsychology, and spiritual writings over many years. Are the messages genuine? Do they come from the heavenly realms? This you must decide for yourself. David and I have no doubt in their authenticity.
