As mentioned above, we use the EFT fitting format for text representation of fittings. Your corp or alliance should have a list of fits for fleet PvP, at least. This is also often a good place to ask for fitting help. EvE University has suggested fits for most ships in the game.
While they are often old and not occasionally sub-par, they are at least a good starting point. Their Fleet Doctrine fits are also available. Please do ask here for help with these, and we'll hopefully be able to add new fits soon. Let us know how we can help.

The T2 Small Armor Repairer wont cut it, you will get significantly less EHP out of it before you run out of cap or out of buffer tank.
You could have a look at the scram-kiting rail incursus as another option. You can find the t2 omega fit in this video and downgrade as necessary https: It's basically this but you can change the rigs for whichever you want. I prefer some hull buffer with ancillary reps but you can go damage rigs if you want.
I would advise against armor resist rigs as they slow you down and it's all about range control in FW space:.
Thanks, I could not find a PvP rail incursus on osmium. Overall that looks just as pricey as the brawler, so I assume any good incursus is going to be expensive at this point. Just as a general note:
