Mauro is great person and he was very helpful. Kitchen is quite small and only fits one person at a time which is a little inconvenient if you like to cook. Not a problem though if you eat out every night. Lovely, large apartment in a very good location with amazing views. Very nice and helpful manager.

Mold strong smell and became sick from mold and leaky air conditioner. Advertised as having a pool picture of hotel shows pool and amenities states pool and spa but there is no pool. We were met promptly at the property and shown around. We were given restaurant suggestions and bookings which was really helpful.

The property has a great view, was large and clean and slept 5 people easily. The property had beautiful original Positano tiling everywhere. I found out the property over-charged me Euro after I back to Hong Kong and I submitted all supporting documents to booking. Both parties tried to avoid the responsibility and every time I called the booking customer hotline, they just said they will refund on behalf of the property but it has been 2 weeks and nothing happened.
