I had Marcia Willet's Chadwick Family Chronicles on my list of books to order for a long time, and finally treated myself to the entire four books. Oh what a delight! I never would have waited so long had I known how good they were --my only disappointment was when they had ended.
I read all the time, but only rarely run across books that make me think about the characters long after I've finished the books. I grew to know and love the Chadwick family! This is Marcia Willet at her best. She is often advertised as writing in the tradition of Rosamunde Pilcher another of my favorite writers , but she is a gifted writer who deserves her own recognition.

Winning Through 4. The Prodigal Wife I love this series and was sorry to reach the end. I seem to be missing each and every member of the family!
I wish Marcia Willett would put together an Uncle Theo book of his wise thoughts, sage advice and scriptural insights. I suspect Ms Willet to be even more thoughtful than Theo! Great installment in the Chadwick chronicles. I highly recommend all four books to anyone who enjoys Maeve Binchy or Rosamund Pilcher.

I highly recommend all of Ms. I loved every minute of every three books and really wish I could carry on reading about The Chadwick Family Please let us know what happens to them all.
Glad there are lots more of this authors work that I can get to read. The stories and characters are always interesting and compelling. Found the first book in a thrift store.
