As he found stories, he collected the accounts in books. He has written collections of ghost stories and legends, oral histories, biographies and murder mysteries. The first year he gave about 10 tours and by , more than 10, people had participated in the ghost walk, he said.

He is told to proceed anyway, and tell only his best stories. As he tells his stories, blurred mask-like images appear in the seats.
