A female institution would ensure the emphasis on the effectiveness of division of labor. These institutions would be much more efficient in educating women in all aspects than the system that was in place at the time. Finally, in order to alleviate certain difficulties facing women, society must oppose the concept that work is degrading and not lady-like.
The tradition that work was messy and dingy would have to be overcome by a new societal association with work. What power do women yield in society today?
