I really like the slow pace at which I have been incorporating healthy habits into my life. Because this program is designed to bring lifelong I found this book very motivating.
Because this program is designed to bring lifelong health, I don't feel pressured to make any changes before I am ready. Why did I rate this three stars? I don't really know. The phrase "I liked it" seemed to fit. This is a rating for the book, not for the program. I'd like to know more about the science of health and longevity that has been done since I would expect a new edition in the next few years. I enjoyed reading the beginning of the book. I don't agree with everything the Dr. I've got to be able to lose weight and get healthy without spending money outside my home.

I like the conversational and motivational style in which it is written. I think the concepts and principles here are simple enough that they can apply to everyone, no matter the current state of health they are in.

Love reading this book which is really a roadmap to a lifetime of health! Easy to follow and easy to read. And because I lost 30 pounds in 3 months following this program I know it works.
