I look forward to having more lucid dreams that I remember. In short, the book is an accomplishment. Unknown Binding Verified Purchase. First, it's like the lady that wrote this book didn't even proof read it one time. Every page there are major grammatical and typo errors. The scary thing is, I think a lot of the grammatical errors are meant to be that way I don't think the lady knows how to talk right.

Second, the content of this book is a joke. This book has nothing to do with astral projection. It just gives a few basic tips about how to have sex. When I say a few, I mean a few.

The book is very, very short and is written in very large print, almost like a kids book. This was the worst book I have ever purchased in my entire life and I am sending it back immediately. This book is an insult to writters!

Some of the information written may be informative to some readers; however, to allow such sloppy writting to hit shelves and ask money for this is an insult. I hesitate to ever purchase over the internet again, unless I know the author or of the material. As I read this book I continually became annoyed and distracted with misspelled words and poor use of grammar; it was like nails scratching down a chalkboard.

Grade school kids write better than this! It actually became quite comical as I read on because I find the book ridiculous. I said the book, not the topic. Although, in my opinion, much of the information written is highly questionable; I think the author is full of it and has no business publishing a book at this point.

Why do you think that most of the positive reviews he's gotten on all his books appear to be written by the same person with the same accent and the same lack of writing skills? The entire book is so poorly written that you pretty much have to read it one word at a time, and you often have to go over it several times to try to figure out what he's trying to say.

Beginners need to keep a positive mind set to avoid these.

The author does not do enough to reinforce this and concentrates mostly on the negative. The book ends with dealing with "the ookie spookies" and the like. In my many years of inducing OBEs, I've never encountered highly negative entities due to my early positive influences and books. I certainly never had a sword fight with any as the author has! There is valuable insight and experience in this book, but IMO beginners should stay away until they are practiced in keeping their mindset positive.

Any beginners who do read this book should not let the "baddies" scare them or scare them away from OBEs. It's a thought-responsive multiverse we are in - so think positive and enjoy. Any negativity while OBEing can be dissipated by reinforcing your own positivity raising your frequency and projecting that towards the negativity.

Then turn away from it and your mind will dissipate your fears. When you get right down to it, negative entities and situations during OBEing are manifested by you, your fears and imagination. This book is an account of the author's experiences and how she got through them. She was very fortunate to start with friends at an early age and still enjoys OBEing today.

Her sense of humour is amazing and makes this a very entertaining and easy read. Like William Buhlman's books, it describes how the author learned to astral project and many of her experiences while actually in an OBE state. However, where this book really shines is in its' design as a how-to manual, and its' descriptions of what worked and maybe more importantly what didn't work.
