Rebecca has been teaching yoga at the school for 10 years. She has over hours of training in yoga and is certified with the yoga alliance in the US as well as Europe.
Additionally, Rebecca is prenatal and Pilates certified. She is now an Urban Zen Integrative therapist, going into hospitals to help relax those in pain. Rebecca is dancing for Adele Myers and dancers and is touring through out the US. She has also taught in China, Africa and throughout the US. She has happily been member of the faculty at BAE since Justin Sherwood is an international dancer and choreographer. In addition to his ballet and contemporary experience, Mr. Sherwood is also a gifted gymnast who has performed with crossover companies, incorporating elements of acrobatics and dance. Jane Sato has been teaching yoga since Her background includes 20 years of dance experience and bodywork.
Jane also dances and tours with Rioult, a modern dance company based in NYC. She has enjoyed being a yoga teacher at BAE since Angelina is an experienced yoga and pilates professional, drawing from both modalities and her dance background to give insightful and challenging classes that synchronize movement and breath. Her yoga path has also included journeys into Ashtanga and Anusara yoga, and has been guided at different times by the wisdom of Rodney Yee, Cyndi Lee, and Charles Matkin.
Her training in pilates has been through Power Pilates and the countless hours of practice needed to support her dance. Whether in yoga or pilates, Angelina strives to teach her students how to move intelligently and find the balance between effort and surrender. Jackson Rincon-Rodriguez is originally from Bogota, Colombia. He is a professional dancer with over a decade of experience in multiple styles of latin dance. Don has been a faculty member at BAE since Meaghan has been teaching at BAE since Lisa Lockwood danced with the American Ballet Theatre for ten years, subsequently with Feld Ballet, and was an original cast member of Phantom of the Opera.
Additionally, she teaches and coaches private students who are motivated to bring their ballet proficiency to the highest possible level. Marsha Fay Knight MFA University of Utah is a Professor at the University of Wyoming where her primary responsibilities lie in the teaching of ballet and pointe technique, historical dance, choreography, and dance pedagogy.
Enrique Brown is a theatrical performer, director, choreographer, and producer. He also travels the country teaching ballet, jazz, and theater dance. He began his training in Dallas, and continued with numerous instructors all over the nation, including schools like the Houston Ballet Academy and Virginia School of the Arts. It is dedicated to developing and mounting Broadway and West End musicals and plays for the commercial theatre.
