Furthermore, I believe Saturn has a moon with craters resembling dividing cells. How would it appear if an observer was standing directly between the two, where the two craters meet?
Having seen the Moonlight in the earthly night I would now like to see the Earthlight in the lunar night. Just think how spectacular it might appear. It would probably appear to shimmer like glowing sapphire. As for the wreck of Luna 2, the wreck of the Titanic has apparently been located and photographed so how about similarly locating and photographing the wreck of Luna 2? I am very much in favour of flying cars.
I find it annoying that the Moon is the Earth's celestial neighbour and natural satellite, yet I can't even go there. What's more it seems to be a familiar sight in our sky.

How about NASA sending a rover to explore this gargantuan mountain? Biggest mountain in the Solar System! Carbon fibre seems to be the answer.
How would Saturn look in the night sky of Titan? Would it appear as a spherical rainbow in the murky haze? A Spacetime Odyssey Learn more: Another moon of Saturn's appears to have two conjoined craters resembling two dividing cells. How would it appear if an observer was standing where the two craters appear to meet? I am also in favour of lunar mountaineering. I believe mountaineering on the Moon would be easier than on Earth due to there being less gravity. I would also like to see the wreck of Luna 2 as it would really appear..

All over Earth, of course, the Moon is nearing its "full" phase…. The dark side is not lit directly by sunlight, but by light reflected from Earth. It is much fainter, and best seen around the time of the new moon. Images of Earth from space show clearly that the planet looks blue. But when this blue light strikes the moon, the light that's reflected back is turquoise. We can call it turquoise. To measure the colour of the dark side of the moon, the astronomers had first to screen out light from the bright side that had been scattered by Earth's atmosphere.
This scattered light produces a shifting halo around the moon and messes up measurements of the dark side. The same effect produces the familiar glow around street lamps seen from a distance. The scientists snapped pictures of the moon through the telescope using two different colour filters. This side of the moon faces the cold, black expanse of space.
What could be on this side of the moon?
What are conditions like there? Is it really always dark? Some astronomers grimace or roll their eyes when they hear someone talk about the dark side of the moon unless they're also Pink Floyd fans. The popularity of the phrase means that there's ample opportunity for people to jump to the wrong conclusion. Part of the problem is the fact that we always see the same side of the moon. Another part concerns a general misunderstanding regarding the cause of the phases of the moon.
But mostly, it's a problem with terminology. This isn't a hard problem to fix, though. We just need to take a closer look at how the moon moves through space.
