It is intriguing and an intense story with many twists and turns to the plot. Every time I thought I knew what was going to happen, things changed completely! The addition of a son and two other characters in the book were a complete surprise. An extremely well written book which kept me hooked and wanting to read more. Probably my preferred book in The Tamarack Series, The Souls of the Ocean brings new characters, new twists, and new threats.
This book is faster paced than its prequel, and certainly kept me on my toes whilst I was writing it. Many old characters are revisited, and the reader is able to delve much more deeply into their lives and pasts. Alongside newer characters, their stories are all entwined rather intr Probably my preferred book in The Tamarack Series, The Souls of the Ocean brings new characters, new twists, and new threats. Alongside newer characters, their stories are all entwined rather intricately within the plot, making for greater depth and an epic conclusion.

It wasn't riddled with typos, there didn't even seem to be many punctuation errors except Loc 31 and the incorrect use of a comma splice - it just wasn't for me.
I have a whole mountain of books, in Kindle and of the old-fashioned book variety, to keep me going for well over a year; more are joining the book-lift queue to join that mountain, so I just thought "thank you, but I will give this a miss". I found this book very detailed and descriptive almost shockingly at times and I loved following the story of the characters all the way through to the end and at times there was a lot going on.
There are so many things to think about and it really kept me interested. Glad I read t all the way through.
It was a very long time in the making. Finally publishing KoT was one of the most crucial steps I have ever made in my career as an author. It was the culmination of years of ideas, work, and errors.
