Things moved on from there and we were married by the Naval Padre Rev. Beasley at St Faiths Church here at Lee in Courting in the darkened TV room at the Eagle Club or the various bunkers and huts behind the Wrens block. The cinema near the Field Gun crew track was also a great night out.

Thank you Karen we will be back definitely! The bed was comfy and the shower excellent. Karen was really helpful about a day out we had planned. We really enjoyed our stay and would go again. My wife stayed with me for the two nights and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were most welcoming. Bedroom good size and bathroom ok. Breakfast was really good Full English, cereals, yogurt. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was large and comfortable. The property was close to the town and the seaside and in a quiet street.

The breakfasts were varied and plentiful and the bacon was really good. There wasn't anything we didn't like the only thing maybe the timing for breakfast on a weekend was a bit early in our opinion maybe would give better choice and also noted the week timing were a bit early if you were on holiday!

Karen was lovely very friendly, everything you needed in your room especially liked the large television some places the t. There was a friendly welcoming atmosphere, it felt as if we had stayed before. The hostess was excellent, breakfast was lovely and the location couldn't be better, nice and quiet. Nothing I can think off.

I has a marvellous stay and will be doing so again in due course. Perhaps an extra one? The girl who greeted us. There was nothing we didn't like. Avon Manor Guest House was a very comfortable stopover and one we would highly recommend. TV a little on the small side. Bed quite low down but comfortable. Friendly service with excellent choices at Breakfast, well presented. Excellent full English breakfast etc!! In fact we would have stayed longer but they were fully booked. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Help given with local knowledge and practical advice on places to visit. The personal rapport that the owners and staff extend to all their guests. Warm and friendly from first to last. Plenty of easy walks along the seafront.
