I posted my picture of it on my queen size bed for a visual aid for anyone if it helps any. And being able to cuddle the top part of the c-opening allows me the throw a leg over the bottom part of the c-opening which is awesome for a side sleeper such as myself! Finally post hysterectomy I slept an entire night! This pillow may cause you to want to take a series of disco naps! Disco naps via day hours are awesome!
I DID receive an epic pillow though! Got this for my pregnant girlfriend and she now wants to carry it around with her.
My only complaint is that the cover tends to get fabric balls on it pretty easily. Still comfy and have used it for nursing and general sleeping but it is starting to fall apart. The inner seams at the "corners" have busted and the stuffing is coming out. You don't know it until you take the cover off to wash. Seems to be a design flaw as we have been pressing the pillow in to smaller configurations to put the baby on while folsing laundry or other tasks.

Still like the pillow but am disappointed by the durability. First, the pillow is huge and super long. Second, the pillow case is trash. It looks like a bare pillow without a pillow case, but it is indeed the pillow case. It pills super easy and just started to look gross after just the first few weeks of using it.
After I washed it for the first time, the pilling got even worse. The final straw was this last time I went to wash the pillow case. I took it off the pillow to find stuffing literally everywhere. There was a huge hole in the pillow about where I wrap my legs around it. This is the very thing this pillow is made for. I feel badly for recommending this pillow with my sister in law before I had a real opinion on it. At first, the pillow was quite soft with the bamboo cover and my pregnant wife was enjoying it.
Unfortunately after only two weeks of use, the pillow cover is already pilling and looks to be falling apart. The friction from moving your legs causes major pilling on the pillow cover and causes many loose strings. The bamboo cover does not sustain very well and appears to be too fragile for normal use. I love, love, love this pillow!!! It also came super fast This pillow is overall comfortable. The case on the pillow is not great quality but it serves its purpose. Well now ab a month n a half later there are 2 rips in it and the pillowcase after washing it feels super gross!

I've had multiple back surgeries info they past and hard 2 in December of I wish I would have found this pillow before because it made my life after surgery a different world. I know it says pregnant pillow but it should say multiple use pillow. I can adjust this pillow Inn so many ways is unbelievable I'm 5 foot 8 and this pillow allows me to adjust the pillow to take pressure off the area where I have stitches and pain.

My head sits at the top and the pillow goes to my knees. I so wish I'd have found this pillow 5 years ago because it has changed my life! It's right around 60 inches long with a zip off cover and its extremely warm. I'd recommend this pillow to anyone!

I review items occasionally but l'm reviewing this item for people who suffer because I know what back pain is like especially after surgery so please believe I didn't waste my time reviewing this item 2 weeks after surgery for no reason! I hope it works for you like it did for me. I didn't receive anything for this review other than I'd hopefully help someone else!
I thought I could get by without a pregnancy pillow.
I soon came to realize that this is an intentional design and not a flaw As to how I lay, I have my shoulder snug underneath and it suits me well. I wish they had other patterns. As I approach my due date anxiously awaiting our little man, I thought it might be best to share my experience. I was experiencing a lot of hip pain from sleeping on my side so I decided to do research on pregnancy pillows. The ones sold at Babies R Us and other places were insanely expensive. I decided to look on Amazon and I am so happy I decided on this pillow.
It came perfect with no rips, tears, or stains. It also included an additional pillow cover! It has helped ease any pain I was having and literally can not be beat for the price. Buy this pillow you will not regret it and your sleep will thank you!!!! I am a side sleeper. I cannot afford to get a new mattress right now, so this was a great alternative to get me through, It is big, and not too bulky.
I don't like my head propped up too much when I sleep, so this is nice. It is big, so if you have a Queen sized bed, and a partner to sleep with, then be aware it takes up a bit of room.

You can easily take the cover off, and wash it, which is nice. Put some extra care when putting back in the cover, to make sure to keep the same shape. I like this pillow, and I like that it isn't as expensive as others I have tried. I ended up returning the Snoogle, and another expensive one. To clean, simply toss the pillow into the washing machine on a cold, delicate cycle. This extra-long makes a great gift or present for new nursing moms, expecting mothers or baby showers.
Very strange to receive such different covers when reordering within months. Gets kinda hot and I don't like the fact it's all square at the top. Wish it was more like the solid one you could bend anyway. It helps w the legs, but I find myself throwing it off bc it's too hot. I wanted to sleep on this pillow for a week before I made my review. I've been sleeping so well.

Not everyone sleeps the same. So, if you sleep like my, you're gonna want and need this pillow. I'm a side sleeper and need two pillows as well as one between my legs.
