I do search for recipes on the web that I see on TV or have eaten at a restaurant. What usually ends up happening is I will print out the recipe and hole punch the paper and bind it into my Betty Crocker's Cookbook. These days, it looks like a large scale version of George Constanza's wallet. The book also documents how long each recipe will take to prepare and grill, as well as the calories, protein, carbs, fats, cholesterol and sodium per serving this section I ignore.
I want to enjoy my food.
One of the recipes I want to try is chicken fajitas—the marinade includes tequila. Besides, of course, burgers, chicken, pork and lamb, and steak and ribs, the cookbook includes a nice section on fish and shellfish, too, with six recipes for salmon. My daughter doesn't eat red meat anymore, so this section will come in handy.
Grilled fish tacos sounds yummy. For anyone that loves grilling as much as I do, this cookbook is well worth picking up or, with any luck, someone will be nice enough to get it for you for your birthday.
