In this month's 'Training' section, I have made a few notes on getting back to BASICS re exercises that should form the core of your training programme and from which everything else can be created around. According to Horton, you don't need a lot of equipment to get fit. Item Location see all Item Location. This month in the 'Training' section, the focus is on how to train when your goal is fat loss. Several of my Clients are also dealing with rehabilitating injuries. NO one is immune to stress, although some manage it better than others.
I always took the time to stretch and re-hydrate after each workout. Each week I would add a little more to my workouts, either an extra cardio interval or another set to push myself. After 8 weeks I was ready!
Doing the impossible only works when you believe in yourself and the mission. I spent a lot of time at the downtown Powerhouse gym in Tampa, Florida getting ready for this shoot. I love this gym, they use really great equipment which makes things easier for getting in shape. I had a great trainer and close friends to turn to for support.
Flavia exemplifies the Powerhouse Gym philosophy of having integrity in and out of the gym. Flavia looks incredible but more importantly she is an incredible person. Hard working, helpful, caring in the gym at the office and in person.

I want women to feel good about themselves, love themselves and be the best version of themselves. For me, changing my body empowered me to change other aspects of my life.
