This is definitely added to my spank bank. Recommended for kinky readers.

It did what it was supposed to in terms of being erotic focused on cuckolding and the escalation of that situation. Nothing wrong with that. But it was a bit fast to the point of jarring between the sex scenes Like one minute the husband and wife were arguing and then he was like "Okay, I'm all for it!
Cooper did do a good job of going into the emotion of such a relationship a bit and it was a bit different than others I've s I got it for free, so I can't really complain.
Cooper did do a good job of going into the emotion of such a relationship a bit and it was a bit different than others I've seen, but still could have used more depth to that part and had more consistency of emotions or a slower arc through the emotions. Oct 17, Thomas Bitt rated it liked it. Tom wants to share his wife, Sandra quite likes the idea of being shared but is unsure. He ends up coming home with the married couple for more than a late night cup of coffee. The ending was rather rushed and a lot more could have been made of it, bit of a shame really. I felt sorry for the people in this story. But the main character, she did it for her son. Even though it sounded like a good reason to work there it turned out to be not that good for her. Because the money got to her head, so she stayed. My favorite character in this book was Victoria. She was a single mother that had no job, and no way out. So she went to go get a job as a prostitute in a building.
But she was wrong. It was the worst time of her life. But she stayed because of the money; she stayed just a little too long. And he seemed to not care about the girls that worked for him. There was one part out of this book that really captivated my attention was when Victoria was at work and she had a customer in her room, getting ready to do her job.
Then the mad got out of hand and stated to take control of her by raping her. And this helps me get to my point why I think the author wrote this book. I think he wrote it to let people see what money can do to you.
And how it can hurt you and make you weak, to the point where you would do anything for money. I thought she was setting herself up and disrespecting herself for lying to her family and son on where she was going at night. So I think she deserves no type of respect. I recommend this book to my teacher Miss.

I think that it would be a good book for him because I know she likes a good book that has drama and passion though out the whole thing. She stays there and she dies there to. If this book was made in to a movie then I would want to be Victories mother. Because she seemed like a very nice loving person that cared for her daughter and only wanted the best for her. May 23, Damera Blincoe rated it it was ok Shelves: Out of all of the Allison Hobbs books that I have read, I have to say that this one was my least favorite.
The characters didn't really have any depth. The main character, Victoria, is a recording artist who finds herself in a bind financially and takes a job at Pandora's Box, a brothel disguised as a massage parlor. The ladies that work at Pandora's all have some sort of problem whether is has to do with men, sex, the law, or drugs. The story jumped around a lot and the relationship between Ple Out of all of the Allison Hobbs books that I have read, I have to say that this one was my least favorite.
The story jumped around a lot and the relationship between Pleasure Victoria and one of the men who paid for her services was really awkward and not well thought out.
I'm upset that we never got to know what happened with Victoria and her singing career. I'm also upset that we never really got to know the other characters instead of their names just being thrown around and being placed in different parts of the book. The story could have been much better if the time had been taken to really develop the idea. I'm glad that I've read other books by her before I read this one or I may have never picked up another one of her books again.
Mar 26, Cheryl Durham rated it liked it. Pandora's Box was a quick read. Allison Hobbs is an author whom I had never heard of and for the most part, if not for the online Book Club, would have never read this book. The main character, Victoria Carlton, was ambitious and talented. Her desire was to be a recording artist. She utilized her inheritance to foot that dream.
The dream did not materialize.

After losing all of her money, her job and the possibility of being evicted, she made a choice to answer an advertisement at Pandora's Box, a Philadelphia brothel. She made the necessary money to ensure that she and her young son sustained. Along the way she would meet several individuals.
Rover and Kareem would prove to be significan: On Earth, the society she lived in was so hellish that all she could do was get out of there. On Gann, despite the horrific things she and the other humans experience, Amber becomes every bit as heroic as Meoraq. I loved them as a couple. I thought at first that the sex-with-an-alien thing would be off-putting, but in that regard their species became unimportant and it was all about the chemistry, which they had by the truckload. But then, how did you feel about the violence and treachery and rape that followed? I normally skim through all that stuff because it feels gratuitous most of the time, but here it felt like a natural progression of events — necessary for the ending to work.
I think that was deliberate of Ms. Mayhem — perfect word choice! Why was she like that? I also think Amber had to be with him in order for him to discover what he did. Meoraq believes in destiny. I understand that because they are the only humans on Gann Amber feels she must protect them.
But I regularly wanted to yell at her to take care of herself. Had they not been able to do so the story would not have worked. However the facility with which they did so struck me as unlikely. The ease with which they communicated bothered me a little as well. I decided to back track and start with Heat.
Wow, that was a wild ride. Violence, gore, rape, murder, you name it, it happened. Intricate world building, deep characters, tricky plot. It had it all. So, next on the list….
The Last Hour of Gaan. But, on the other hand, I encourage you to test yourself with this, give it a try, you might be surprised at how much you like it. I have a friend reading it right now because I insisted and she feels very differently than Dabney and me. I will give Heat a try. I have particularly liked the novels by Linnea Sinclair. In my opinion, she does an excellent job creating new worlds and interesting story lines.
