Wij waren met ons elven wij als opa en oma, onze twee dochters en schoonzoons en 5 kleinkinderen een week in Carlos' prachtige huis in Capo Orlando. Wij allemaal beoordelen het verblijf met een Carlos was behulpzaam met alles en aanwezig als wij hem dat vroegen. Het huis en het zwembad waren brandschoon. Er warenmeer kamers dan we nodig hadden! Iedereen had zijn eigen privacy. Het huis ligt hoog en heeft een overweldigend uitzicht op de zee en de kust.

Het huis is leuk in niveaus gebouwd en het zwmbad heeft ook weer zijn eigen, leuke, zonnige plek, een niveau lager, alles verbonden met leuke trapjes. Wij waren werkelijk superenthousiast, het meest nog de kinderen vanwege de kinderen. Voor de kinderen een 10 dus, voor ons een 9 Negatieve puntjes; et was wel moeilijk m via de steile oprijlaan de auto's te manoeuvreren, en die had je wel nodig om naar beneden te rijden voor de boodschappen, uitstapjes en het strand.

This is really a beautiful villa with an amazing view. The location, the villa and the view over the ocean are amazing. The local beach in Brolo is very nice and it meets all our expectation. We can only recommend this place for a great holiday in Sicily. En revanche la piscine est un peu petite. Very nice villa in the middle of olives garden, with very helpful owner Carlos! A bit far away from the see, but breathtaking view, compensate it we were in May, and it was a bit cold, but villa has a good heater, and I think summer time will be wonderful!!!!

We spent a very nice week in the villa! Carlos was very nice and helpful, the villa was very clean et the view spectacular. Great to have 4 bathrooms in the house and a clean pool. Too bad there is an electric pole in the middle of the view! The 4th room downstairs is not as nice as the other three upstairs but it was ok.

Thanks a lot Carlos. There is a very beautiful place with amazing view! There are everything that you need for relaxing outside and for preparing food in the kitchen. Owner, Carlos, was really polite and hospitality! He helped us with everything we needed.

And we have many interesting conversations with him. There are many clean beaches near the villa, we used one near Il Molino hotel in Capo D'Orlando, they provide sun loungers, umbrellas and towels. I recommend this place. Price is really good for such conditions! The house was perfect for our group of 8 people and has a beutiful view over the ocean. Carlos was easy to get in contact with everytime we had a question and he was also very helpful to arrange day trips for us. All in all we had a great visit in his house. We had the best week ever!

The house is amazingly beautiful, it is big with a nice kitchen and a very great outside area, especially the pool was super nice! You could see the ocean while swimming in the pool! Carlos was a very warm, welcoming and helpful person, from helping us finding the house to answering any question we had, he was always reachable.

Carlos met us at the exit from the toll road. He was very helpful in pointing out interesting places to go and things to do while we were there. The kitchen is very well appointed and the villa is beautifully furnished. The view is spectacular especially the sunsets. It is high up on the hill! This villa is amazing! So much so we doubled our time here because of how amazing the villa is. Carlos was wonderful incredibly helpful and very accommodating.

The villa is perfect for families and in a great location. Our entire family have vowed to return! Did you ever dream of a warm familyhouse by the sea? Filled with taste, love and attention. Great beach, wonderful restaurants. This villa is located in a great location for Summer, only a few minutes walk to a beautiful beach and walking distance to the town centre. The villa itself is very large and well furnished and the photos accurately show this, although I do consider this property to be on the expensive side for the amenities provided. The wifi speed is also very slow.

Giulia was very helpful and communication was great as she responded immediately to any questions I had. In a cosy, typical Sicilien coast village we found the dream. The magic house with the green, beautiful garden had no problem housing all nine of us, adults, youth and children. The house was great, much better and much more then every ordinary vacation house.

Giulia and her sister was the perfect hosts. We felt warmly welcomed and learned about the house and surroundings. Close to the beach and close to the village centre. A recommendation, take a day or two to explore the mountains with magical Etna and the coastal villages closer to Palermo. Just keep in mind that you need a car. I work as a Correspondent and been travel widely, but this was so much better than expected. Giulia's home is a beautiful old Sicilian house tucked onto the edge of the main town area. This was a fantastic location, meaning we could walk to the restaurants every night and get to the beach in 2 minutes from the house.

With a dedicated off-road driveway at the house, safely parking our hire car was super easy, and Capo D'Orlando is a great place to locate for exploring the North Sicilian coastal area. Giulia and her sister Carla could not have been more welcoming, and they stayed in contact with us throughout our stay to check we were happy and if they could be of any help. Our family had a wonderful week in their home, with plenty of room for us all to spread out around the house and large garden - I would thoroughly recommend this venue.

La maison, pleine de charme, est tres bien situee, a 50 m de la plage et a proximite des commerces a pieds. Une voiture est recommandee pour visiter les sites que la Sicile a a offrir Taormina, Agrigento.. Les iles Eoliennes sont facile d acces en bateau depuis le port de Capo d Orlando. La maison est vaste et offre tout le confort necessaire pour passer des vacances agreables, le jardin fruitier est un reel plaisir entre terrasses, hamacs et barbecue.

Perfect place for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday with family and friends. Well worth the investment. We spent a great week in Laura's house. The place is fantastic, with a beautiful garden, really nice pool, the hause itself is very comfortable and clean. And last but not least, the view on the sea and Eolian Island is amazing, with a daily "sunset show" as a bonus!

I really enjoyed my stay at Federico's place. The villa was exactly as per the pictures: The kids loved the place and the adults too. Note that you definitely need a car as this is about 10 minutes drive from the beach Capo d'Orlando and you're 5 mins drive away from small stores. Everything you need can be found in Capo d'Orlando, down the hill restaurants, supermarkets, shoppings, souvenirs. That's a nice little beach resort with nice, calm beaches. Forget about sand castles for the kids. However the water is cristal clear and you litterally have multicolor fishes come and eat in your hand!

All rooms have a roof fan and moskito nets. Two large rooms one with own bathroom and two smaller rooms. We were 5 adults and 3 small children and we felt very confortable. There is everything you need linen, towels, kitchen stuff, swimming things, tennis balls, washing machine, etc. The manager was very open to helping with anything we missed i. While he did not speak English, we managed to understand each other using French, English and the little Italian we understood. The decoration is a bid old-fashioned but I personnaly enjoyed it: There were a lot of ants and other insects in the kitchen and on the terasse where we ate, but I guess there is not much that can be done about this, since the house is located in the middle of a lemontree field.

That did not really bother us, but it's good to note for those who'd be looking for total privacy. Also note that the internet is not stellar. The owner was reactive and tried to solve the issues quickly, but that was not really within its control. All in all, all members of our group enjoyed the place and we would warmly recommend it to anyone!

The villa is spacious, has a very cosy indoor fireplace. Communication with Marco was perfect, throughout our stay we could always call or Hidden by Airbnb him with any questions we had. The house can be a bit cold in winter time, but the view is great, and I guess it is even better in the summer when you can use the outdoor pool. It's not a house, it's a little palace! Stunning view and the house has an awesome atmosphere. To get there, trust your host, not your navigation system I highly recommend this choise if you want to live a beautiful experience.

All the other reviews have mentioned how great the house and grounds are. We had high expectations from the pictures and it didn't disappoint. We stayed for two weeks and the weather was perfect. There are a lot of great places to visit close by, but by car. The hosts were very friendly and even came to our aid one night very quickly. We can't say enough good things about this property. It was hard to leave. Maria Assunta offers a wonderful home in the south of Puglia. We stayed there with our two small childern of 3 and 5 years old and they loved it! The house comes with all conveniences you can possibly imagine, and still feels like a traditional Italian home.

You will need a car to get around, but the house is a few minutes from town. We stayed for a week and drove around the area. The location is also very handy to discover the different coasts. We had a fantastic time! The place was even better than the pictures showed - we were really impressed. We have already recommended it to friends.

Really lovely property, amazing garden and garden furniture with great park area for children. Pool was lovely and outside sitting area great! We had a wonderful time! The owners have really put love and effort into this house to provide you a great experience of hospitality. Everything is very practical designed and well planned into the details. You can feel that somebody has put a lot of love and effort into this house. Perfect if you are with children or a dog as you can be sure that they will not be able to leave the area.

Perfect for remote working. Same with spices, sugar and other essential things you need in a household. The area around the house: The advantage is that even in the summer high season you have a very quiet area around you. Both only speak Italian but they have some younger nieces and nephews who speaks English and they are all very helpful and supportive. I was asked on a daily base by text message if everything is ok and if I need anything. They will provide you a lot of tips and infos about the region, restaurants, shopping, beaches and whatever you need.

Regarding the house you will miss nothing and if so Maria will fix it asap. The garden is really wonderful with a lot of sun chairs to have rest between olive trees and the pool.. You will have to drive 20 minutes to Pescoluse beach.. It was perfect, we will be right back. A beautiful house, set in a very quiet location. No neighbours and not many cars passing. The outside area is lovely with a choice of places to relax in hammocks and tree swings or sun beds, and of course the swimming pool.

The Play area for children was shaded and perfect for our 4 year old daughter. The supermarket is a few minutes drive away and the house is in a perfect location to explore the sandy beaches to the west and the rocky coastline to the east. Maria was a wonderful host and her nephew, Paolo, was a great translator and communicator! Our stay in Francesca's an Francesco's beautiful appartement was wonderful! Such a lovely and peaceful place, a hundret times better than we have expectet! We have been there for almost one week an we wished we have could stay longer.

Francesca and Francesco are wonderful people and have definitely an eye for lovely interior. The appartement is very clean and because of its walls out of stone it is cool even though the weather's very hot. We will definitely come back!! Thank you very much Francesco and Francesca! A word to tricase porto and tricase: Very nice little towns with amazing restaurants! If you have a car it is also very easy to get to the most wunderful beaches you could imagine! For example "Aquaviva" close to tricase porto that was a hint of Francesco.

It is truly a paradise. Beautiful view from our appartement and very lovey hosts. Hopefully we can come back here again. We had a great time in Tricase Porto. The view on the sea was stunning. Everything was spotless on arrival even providing us with basics and fresh fruit for breakfast and dinner reservation for the day of arrival making us feel immediately at home. They checked in regularly during our week to see if we needed any assistance and helped organize a boat trip along the splendid coast on our first day giving us a flying start to exploring the area. We're longing to go back! Wow, where to begin What we experienced was this and so much more! Not only was the accommodation absolutely perfect but the hospitality from Francesco and Francesca was astounding and they made us feel like family. So much so that I cried when we had to leave. The area is perfect if you are looking for something quiet with access to some of the most magical beaches and snorkeling nearby along with the cities such as Lecce, Otranto and Gallipoli. The town of Tricase is super close 10min drive and beautiful with many restaurants, bars and shops along with its history.

Francesco was consistently helpful and checked in daily, helping us with where to go depending on what we felt like from beaches, beach clubs, restaurants, cities, etc which made the stay outstanding. And then there is the view from the apartment! From the sunrise in the morning to the sunset at night this is a view you will never get bored of. We can not recommend this accommodation enough and are already planning our next stay. Thank you Francesca and Francesco. Francesca and Francesco made us feel very welcome right from the beginning. The place is just marvellous, situated in a very beautiful villa and garden and arranged with taste and many beautiful details.

The appartment was perfectly equipped, even decorated with flowers, fruits Francesca and Francesco really take care of their guests and are great people. From the appartment you have an awesome view of the bay of Tricase Porto and you can reach the harbour with a nice bar and beach by foot within a few minutes. In the small town of Tricase nearby there is a beautiful piazza with unique atmosphere and nice bars and restaurants.

From Tricase Porto you can easily reach by car all the nice spots in Salento, and there are quite a few of them. We can absolutely recommend this place. Francesco welcomed us at the end of the drive and continued to be a wonderful host throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and offered privacy.

The grounds were beautiful. It would be a pleasure to stay here again. We had a great moment in this house. Very clean, well located 10min from the sea and 3 by car , very nice garden with different areas to chill. And our host Federico was very helpfull and available. He also recommand us a lot of places to visit.

They are so warm, friendly people! In spite of the late hour of our arrival it was past 11pm , they waited for us at the local restaurant to guide us to our destiny.

They even offer to cook some pasta for us. A bottle of wine, water and some food was waiting for us in the fridge. And then all week they really tried to make the best of our trip there, with tips on food and great beaches, snorkeling spots and not only: Fernando arranged for us a boat trip to the amazing caves in the sea that's really unmissable! The house is very clean, cosy and two steps from the sea. Every night we fell asleep with the sound of waves in our ears. But the best thing - their Mediteranean garden is simply wonderful.

Quattro giorni fantastici a casa di Francesca, a solo 1 km dal mare di Marina serra, 15 min da Castro marina. Casa bellissima, pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Il giardino con posto auto e amache era perfetto. Il lungomare di Tricase Porto dista cinque minuti a piedi; Tricase cinque in macchina. Avrete come vicini i suoi zii, molto simpatici e per nulla invadenti o rumorosi, anzi. On y reviendra si c'est possible! Siamo stati molto bene in questa villetta, fresca e tranquilla, piu grande di quello che immaginavamo.

Appartamento molto curato e pulito con bellissime volte a stella, a pochi minuti da bellissimi accessi al mare come Grotta verde, la cala di Acquaviva e le piscine naturali di Marina Serra. L'accueil s'est fait dans d'excellentes conditions. La voiture nous semble indispensable.

Casa molto bella, finemente restaurata e arredata con gusto. Si trova nella zona centrale del paese di Andrano dove sono presenti tutti i servizi necessari, dista invece un paio di km da Marina da Andrano e dal mare. Amazing Villa with breathtaking view,better than the pictures. Vanessa and her Family are adorable. There is a near by village Corsano where you can buy your goods and very good restaurants Around Lo Scalo with an amazing view at marina di Serra,1 mile down the street and many others in Tricase village. Ask Vanessa for recommendations,she's the best.

Thanks for the amazing experience. Perched up on the hill all you see out the windows and from the multiple terrasses is the sea. Moonlit nights are incredible from there. The house and garden are stunning and her and her parents who opened the house for us are very sweet. We hope to be back next year. The villa is spectacular. Outside, the views are wonderful and the space to lounge and dine are beautiful. Inside, the apartment has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are good quality.

She was always available to answer questions. We loved our family vacation at Villa Panoramica. We stayed for one week, last week of june and the whole family enjoyed it. The terrace is beautiful and you nerver get tired of the amazing wiew. Surroundings are also very nice and not crowded. Many choices of restaurangs but Los Scalos is a bit overrated. This villa is wonderful and the location spectacular! The view is awesome! This Salento house was absolutely awesome!

It was cute house on the mountain side with incredible views of the ocean, whether it be the morning or the evening the view was awesome! Inside the house felt like a cool traditional home with all the fun and cute decorations of a summer house! Outdoor space is the absolute selling point for our group! La casa ha un parcheggio privato e si trova all interno di una grande villa con parco che arriva di fronte al mare. Maria di Leuca e Le Maldive sono a pochi km. Il porto offre durante il giorno il noleggio di barche e natanti di vario genere. Sempre vicino troviamo la grotta Zinzolusa e porto Badisco. Soggiorno minimo a giugno , luglio e settembre 4 notti.

In alta stagione soggiorno minimo una settimana. Ha una stanza matrimoniale, un soggiorno con un divano letto, un bagno, una cucina ed un ampia terrazza di pertinenza esclusiva vista mare. Attraversando il bosco privato si giunge direttamente sulla costa e sul caratteristico porto. Bellissima villetta immersa nel verde, con vista panoramica, pineta privata e circondata da un antico uliveto. Dotata di tutti i confort tra cui condizionatore, nelle vicinanze ha ristoranti, pub, supermercati e un lido sabbioso.
