When you are holding onto the old you are not making room for the new in your life. Let go of anything that no longer serves you or does not help you to feel your best. If you truly expected your dreams to occur, what would you be doing to prepare? If you want to attract new clients, block off time in your calendar.
Your soul or higher self can see beyond what your physical self and rational mind can see. The are an infinite number of ways your desires can manifest in your life. Whenever you get an intuitive hit to create a new project, go to the beach, call a friend or attend an event, trust in that guidance and take action on it.
Make a list of things that bring you joy — like dancing, yoga, time in nature, cooking or reading — and schedule them into your week.
Touch base with the present moment by noticing the sights, sounds and smells around you. Write about your dream day in the past tense as if it had just unfolded. Celebrate your daily wins big and small.
Affirmations are a powerful tool to reprogram your subconscious mind and attract what you desire. Write a list of empowering beliefs that you want to have, such as: I am financially secure.
I am divinely guided and inspired. I am complete and beautiful exactly as I am. Make sure you feel them as you say them.
Feeling is the secret ingredient. As a child, your imagination was wild and free! What is the most outrageously amazingly awesome thing that could happen to me today? What would I love to happen today? How can I give to the world today? The more you can feel like you are living your dreams today, the faster they will manifest in your life.
So find small ways to begin living your dreams today. If you dream of having financial abundance, wear your best clothes and take care of your belongings. All of these small actions will begin to create a new feeling and vibration inside of you, which will in turn attract opportunities for the fulfilment of your dreams. Are you tired of waking up on autopilot and dreading Mondays?
Are you wanting to manifest love, abundance or success? Some of this symbolism may also help you to recognise what is at the cause of your eating behaviours. Over time, with patience and commitment, eventually your dreams will start to reflect your new thought patterns, and they will become the dominant ones. Then you will really begin to appreciate how wonderful an ally your subconscious can be! Lately I am realizing how powerful the unconscious is. I have a reoccuring dream of a dark pyramid, crackling with energy surrounded by obelisks connected by translucent conduits.
What possible suppressed desires does that represent?!? You are commenting using your WordPress.

While sometimes these desires may be socially unacceptable, such as playing out feelings of anger and aggression, at other times the dreams may be much simpler and innocuous. I'm currently working on Dreams of Desire , an adult visual novel with choices that influence gameplay. More recent dream workers, such as Jung and Perls, have challenged this basic assumption and developed other theories. If you truly expected your dreams to occur, what would you be doing to prepare? When you are living in a state of gratitude and appreciation for all of the blessings in your life, you are sending a clear signal to the Universe that you have everything that you desire. Take it with you. And finally, some dreams that seem literal may in fact be symbolic!
Published by Amy Campion. A recent comment on The Dream Well: It is entirely normal! Recognise that dreams can reflect things you still desire on some level, and be grateful for this. While exerting your will on a conscious level, it is important to not deceive yourself that those original desires have not disappeared — they have just been pushed deeper.
What this means it that you have two competing desires — such as the original desire for food and the new desire for a fit and healthy body. Your subconscious mind is trying to work through this conflict. Once you are conscious of this conflict, you can gratefully accept the work you subconscious is doing to reconcile this. Try to understand the unmet need that is behind the original behaviours. Did you eat because you are lonely? Because to be thin and fit may attract attention you are not comfortable receiving?
Recognising and addressing these underlying motivations will help break the pattern of behaviour and lead to more lasting change. Look for clues as to what these deeper motivations may be in other symbols in your dreams. Programme your subconscious to become an ally. As you go to sleep each night, tell yourself that you will dream about your new conscious goal. Write your intention and say it out loud. Do this in the present tense, as if you have already achieved the goal.
