Hard Work with Great Reward.
Two Men And A Truck was a very rewarding job with large tips varying per customer, and a great base pay and pay upgrades based on merit. This job did require you to adjust your working hours based on a daily call in schedule which may not be preferable for all. Over all I enjoyed this position albeit it was temporary due to me joining a internship program which conflicted with my daily work schedule. For those who don't mind working with their hands and have time to put into work this job was very rewarding.
Their scheduling system sucks for when they put you on the schedule. When you're training, the guys in the field set you up for failure. They expect you to know things and get mad at you for not knowing. If you hurt yourself, you get fired, if you're not moving fast enough , they cut your hours. To me, they play too many games. The drivers can't stay off their phones when they're driving. If you attend to work here I would look for a different job. I got an average of 6 hours for 2 weeks.
Not only that the managers work you like a slave and demand the most of the people that they treat like trash. Two Men and A Truck. I would get there about 8 in the morning. I would clock in and get my tablet and job for today. It told us where to get the customers stuff from and where to take the items too, and it also said how long the job would last approximately.
The hardest part was not enough steady hours. You could work 4 hours one day and then 12 the next. Sometimes you were off for a whole week if it was their slow season.
I enjoyed the people there. Management was okay, but it could have been better. The hours weren't fair, and should have given each employee a far amount of hours. Short tempered coworkers and poor guaranteed hours. They expect you to drive to the property each scheduled day regardless of whether or not you're going to be sent home as an extra.
I was told being sent home as an extra would be rare but every day there was between people being sent home. This was right after a mass hiring period. I was losing money just driving up there to be sent home each morning and the quality of staff they hired was short tempered, not excited to work as a team, and rude to other coworkers. I did not mind the heavy lifting or the active nature of the job but due to the issues listed, I would not work here again if given an opportunity.
Fast Paced, calls are monitored. This moving company is a nice place to work if you enjoy being on the phones all day long speaking with customers. It is back to back phone calls during your entire shift. The company overall is a good company, the people that work there are very nice as co-workers.
I worked there for a short-time but was pleasantly surprised by how kind and nice the staff was. I personally found the training to be very intense, class-room style, a lot of information a binder full of material , but other than that - I really liked this company and the employees. From management to co-workers, they were all very pleasant. For me personally, It was too much with the phone calls, plus most of your calls are recorded, monitored and audited.

Inspector Gorman said the coastline may be beautiful, but it can also be treacherous and urged beachgoers to take care and only swim at patrolled beaches. The ocean is treacherous, and also rivers and creeks can change dramatically within hours, so again, patrolled beaches is where you want to be.
