I literally could not stop reading it. I will be buying a copy for all my friends and family for the holidays because this book is life changing. This book is an easy read. Nick is no doubt an inspirational person,and i hope i get the opportunity to meet him. This book can and will help people if they are open to it and willing to put the work in.

The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is i first learned about nick via an Instagram video he did w. RobertFrank after seeing the video i looked for more info on nick and found some of his speaking videos online and much of the content from the videos are reiterated in this book so i was slightly disappointed. One person found this helpful.

Shifts your life perspective and teaches you how to overcome limiting beliefs. Nick is such an inspiration.

They are dictated to by their circumstances and feel powerless, overwhelmed and unable to rise above them. They know their identity is not based on what happens to them. They choose to focus on and be thankful for the good. They choose to control their emotions through knowing and speaking truth rather than letting their emotions control them. This is a big one for me and one I have to continually keep myself from defaulting back to.
