They are constantly dehumanized and are treated differently than other people. The goal of our enterprise is to raise awareness and show the story of the this group of people, specifically in San Diego. We are doing this through the power of video by releasing a short documentary where we show the different perspectives of homeless individuals and residents living in the same area.
Our goal is to start a movement which will eventually help our homeless population in San Diego. Each student gets their own laptop to experiment with and complete tasks in a structured course designed to inspire them to create on their own.
S2S started in in response to a desire to address the lack of an arts program at a school located just a mile away from a prominent private school.
