    Lost City of Machu Picchu

    It was descriptive and made the setting come alive. I look forward to my my upcoming visit to Peru. The elderly characters, Taki and Koyam, are complex, interesting, and I learned a lot from their wisdom.

    I strongly recommend this book to readers who want to learn about other cultures but also like a current setting. This was a great book to read. It takes you to the old places in Great Britain. It explains and explores the castles and tells how they came about.

    Wonderful interesting title- really drew me in. Exotic place- plus mystery a little romance and I am hooked- but not this one. Can't get into it- have tried twice. Too many ethnic words used in the book which were not translated. Therefore the full meaning of the theme meant to be conveyed to the reader was missed. Some interesting info of local customs and beliefs of indigenous people and locations and an obvious and understandable hatred for Brigham who I am sure has plundered the artifacts he found in Matchu Pitchu but the plot is very unimaginative and unsofisticated and the character development is abysmal!

    Enjoyed this book would buy additional books by the author. Takes the reader to a fascinating place in a country unlike the ours.
