I liked the idea--and the photography was great--although I would also have liked them to slow it down a little more but maybe that's because I was, at times, more interested in the history than the recipe , especially since there were times when I didn't really understand how they were linking the two. Most of the recipes were a little fussy for me Neat concept: Most of the recipes were a little fussy for me maybe this is to be expected given the caliber of some of the chefs they worked with?
