They in turn purchased several to share with their friends. One person found this helpful. This book had been on my wishlist for the past year and last week I received it as a birthday gift. The introduction was flawlessly entertaining, but as I continued reading, it was clear my expectations weren't in sync with the content delivered.
I had hoped for a book I could get into over a quiet weekend in, stories that spread out over multiple pages but that were sectioned off enough where you could skip around and not have to read in a particular order. I got that in parts. I likened the experience to reading The Daily Bread -- which isn't a bad thing if that's all you want out of it.
The stories are short regulated to one page and palatable for readers, but they don't really stick with you. I have tried re-approaching it as a daily tool, but I just feel dissatisfied.
