Yes No Thanks for your feedback! Primarily a teaching tool for young children, this book is also very entertaining. The length of each story is short enough to hold a young child's attention; the lessons and concepts are easy to follow and gasp. The beautiful illustrations encourage the child to search each picture and relate it to the story. Although recommended for ages , I believe to fully enjoy the book, the child needs to be at least 2 years or more.
Introducing the story line as the child advances in age, this book's content will last for years. Finally in concluding my children's picture book review of Oliver and Jumpy Stories , I found an entertaining illustrated picture book of stories suitable for any age child up to 8 years or so. Skillful prose, beautiful pictures, and life lesson's taught in each story, Olive and Jumpy, is an excellent teaching tool for bedtime. In addition, I felt Oliver and Jumpy deserved a 5 star rating.
An absolutely lovely picture book, I would not hesitate to buy this book for myself or a friend. My child would have loved this series of books. Additionally, I received this book from the author and chose to voluntarily review the book with an honest children's picture book review. Then, once Curious George cleans and polishes the Man with the Yellow Hat's yellow bowling ball, Curious George tests the ball and catches it into his wagon, while the Man with the Yellow Hat irons his yellow pants.
And then, while the Man with the Yellow Hat bathes, Curious George practices indoor bowling, when Curious George knocks the yellow bowling ball into a china hutch, causing a gnome statue to fall into place inside of the yellow bowling bag. And, when the Man with the Yellow Hat retrieves his yellow bowling bag and Curious George, Curious George reaches for his cap, before they step into the yellow automobile, before Curious George discovers the gnome statue inside of the yellow bowling bag instead of the yellow bowling ball, leaving his cap inside of the yellow automobile for the Man with the Yellow Hat to think that he's transporting Curious George beneath it.
A Goof occurs in the next bowling alley scene, as Mr.
Quint enters the first new score into the score card's last frame. So, how will Curious George sneak from the yellow automobile to retrieve the yellow bowling ball to attempt to return the yellow bowling ball into the Man with the Yellow Hat's yellow bowling bag?
