Thank you for sharing your rose crochet pattern, they are fabulous! You can get very creative with differnt hook sizes and yarn. Can you send me directions of crocheting a rose beside making a long strip and circuling. I have made them but forgotten how.
Can you give some details about how to stitch the rose together? I must mot be doing it correctly because it is spreading out rather than gathering in a cluster. I am using a tapestry needle and crochet cotton. By the time I have wound it up about half way it starts spreading out, rather than looking like a rose. Hi, just wondering what size flower this will make with the chain 51, so I have a point of reference for making different sizes? I am unable to download most patterns so I have to find ones that I can print. I'm not very computer savy. I love what I see on pinterest but I usually end up without the onfo I need unless I can copy it by hand.

I made this rose as the pattern says and it came out awesome. Thanx for the pattern. I think in row 2 that the 4 HD crochet and 5 HD crochet are still part of the sl st in ch 2 space, ch 1 4 HD crochet, ch 1, sl st in a chain 2 space and then sl st 2 space, ch 1 5 HD crochet, ch 1, sl st in the next ch 2 space. I think the other person who was confused about row 2 is that she tried what I first tried, which was 4 HD in one ch 2 space and 5 HD in the next ch 2 space.
It did not look like the picture so I tried the way mentioned above. By the way, thanks so much for posting this. I've been trying to make flowers from other patterns and this is the first time I've been happy with the result.
