I am starting to enjoy this series as a plot begins to develop. Another character has her background elaborated on and the overall storyline advances. The author has not drawn this one out like the others, especially 1 in the series.

    The writing is definitely improving as the series commences. Jul 28, John rated it really liked it. The story flushes out more, a few characters added but without to much detail. More background for the main characters and build up for the war to come. Some of the characters should have had some more background. I saw Ink there but could not get a feel for him as part of the story, especially if Ink was involved with Kerry. Would have been Five stars but it needed some serious editing for grammar and spelling.

    Still want the fourth book though!
