Love the story of Louey the Lazy Elephant. The story is told in rhymes, which reminds me of one of Roald Dahl's stories. It is such a fun and meaningful story as there are many lessons that kids can learn from Louey in his journey to be reunited with his family - like being calm, seeking help and never giving up. A good book for kids. Louey the Lazy Elephant learns to do a good deed instead of just making idle promises "in my own time and in own way".
Bird tells Louey how to find his family after Louey puts the bird's nest back up in a tree. The lazy elephant vows to be lazy no more! The illustrations are cute, but look to be done in crayon.
