I feel better about some of my handling skills! It was hard to decide between 4 and 5 stars. I love it because after five years of grooming it has helped me become more positive at work and approach the dogs differently which has made me much happier and calmer.
I really do enjoy my job more now and my grooms have become easier. I guess my only complaint is that it is too short. Although it is called a book, its really more of a pamphlet about 40 pages. It does get the point across though.
