My book arrived very promptly thank you.
I would say that it could have been packaged differently. It arrived in a box much bigger than the book and was really swimming around inside the box and could have been potentially damaged. I would have expected it in a padded envelope. But its great to have this wonderful book. Very clear and simple, I think the simplicity and clarity Adya shares and invites us to look into in our own experience 4 ourselves can offer a sincere seeker a real sense of what true freedom is.

Posted on April 2, The content is great but I have to admit I didn't finish it because I found the voice of the narrator really hard to listen to, it just irritated me. Wish I'd bought it as a paper or e-book rather than audio.

These qualities are completely natural qualities of spirit. They arise in us when we become conscious of our spiritual nature, of our on-separate, non-somebody nature.
Then love flows quite naturally. I found this one interesting, but it felt somewhat superficial to me. There were no new insights, and few unique perspectives offered. It seemed to be a rehashing of older material, without offering anything new or explaining anything in a way that resonated with me. Perhaps this is my failing.
Mesmerizing I want to and will read every book by Adyashanti. After seeing an interview with Oprah, I was impressed.

Sep 27, Amy Mosow rated it it was amazing. This took me a long time to read. I would read a little than stop to absorb it and practice it in my daily life. I highly recommend reading this. We all suffer in so many different ways and Adya shows us how we don't have to.
Stay in the moment!! Breaks down why we suffer in a simple to follow manner. If we are in conflict with what is true happening there will be struggle. Oct 17, Allison Barlow rated it it was amazing. What this book allowed me to see was that my fear of the pain I thought I would feel when it was time to say goodbye was actually more painful than the actual goodbye. But each moment was its own. And only in the actual moment of saying goodbye was I in pain. Everything else This book helped me through the death of my 11 year old golden retriever.
Everything else after and before was just the memory of pain or the anticipation of it. I have wanted to read this book for a while. I think I picked it up at just the right time. Love how that works Sep 21, Debra rated it really liked it. Lots of Wisdom here!
