I found this ground-breaking book revelatory in explaining why traditional approaches to leadership have failed. More importantly, Carucci powerfully and poignantly offers an alternative that can work. It is a relationship I now I believe I cannot live without, it really is the only way forward.
My increasing desire is that incumbent leaders are able to extend their hands in the same way that Ron Carucci has extended his. High to Low Avg.
