Probably you should go back into therapy and maybe try some new medication. Be sure you're eating well and exercising as much as you can. Find some ways to help other people. This is a real help for depression. Go to work at a food bank, or take people to doctor's appointments, or serve at a soup kitchen. Get a physical checkup as well, you may be undernourished or have some other imbalance in your body.

It may seem horrific and hopeless but if you keep fighting, be righteous, stay true to your true self and core values, in the long run you will be better off, especially compared to people without big challenges or who give up.
