Room - most horrible bed we ever had - feels like we are sleeping on floor, after 1 night we were willing to check out, but property charge you immediately after check in without let you first see the room - not refundable!!! Even when they had every day free room declared on Booking.
Bedding was not changed for several days, we need to ask for that!!! From balcony we had every morning nice view for truck which came to pick septic. Wifi - if somebody believe it will be high speed internet, we were happy if it was some time possible to get connected. Property policy which they will give you immediately after check in will explain you that it is not ensured. Breakfast - another poor performance.
Bread and bread rolls, covered with part of curtains dirty -not washed -every day used!!! Swimming pool - was full of sun lotions, for 9 days stay we did not saw anybody to clean it, water was not exchanged at all. Great massage on the beach. The internet service very slow The place where I stay no leg to go up so if you travel with handicap or people who are using wellchair very difficult to go up. Very friendly staff Very clean All the shops nearby The transport to airport cheap The place for breakfast spent to the beaches and swimming pool. Paper thin walls so if you have noisy neighbours they will be waking you up at all hours of the night.

Zouk Heat Weekender
The building were the cheapest room are, is on the main street of Lamai Beach. The wi-fi in our room was not worth mentioning - it was almost non existing. The resort is on the beach and in the middle of Lamai beach.
The rooms need an upgrade, bathroom is tired. Wifi could be better but who spends their time at the internet that much anyway on holliday.
Nice staff, good food in restaurant try the thai-dishes! Outdoor lights are not enough at all and its scary to move around after sunset. Hard water supply in the rooms.

The price of breakfast was Baht per person per day which is totally not value for money at all which food choices were very minimal and did not taste good. The hotel room interior is pretty old and quite dusty. The tap water is salty. The room aircon was very cold in the middle of night and very noisy. The beach chairs were cracked and lack of maintenance. Could do with a renovation! Drink bit to expensive in beach bar, but happy hour helped. On beach, clean, good food.
