My thought process here is that if I have a variety of these vegetable and fruit juices, it would be overall fine and hopefully beneficial. And you would have to eat oodles and oodles of kale , etc. New to this would it be ok to juice a bag of carrots whole cucumber and two apples that is then shared between my daughter and I. I will get chia seeds to add definitely and maybe also add the amino acid powder at the same time — any sugestions which one?
