No butter just dry bread and coffee!! The in flight attendants were very helpful and attentive. Boarding was quick and organized. The staff tried to fix it and were very apologetic, which made up for it. The seats were a little too hard for me. I was pretty sore by the end of the trip. The is excellent. One leg flight is super good. Apparently the pilots are allowed to smoke on these long flights. In this trip it was not bad but on previous flights it was really bad.
Confort no good very tight seats Movies hard to understand Announcements hard to hear. Our flight was on time, the comfort plus seats are comfy enough, and the flights are quick and easy. Crew was very nice. Even bathrooms were located in the basement separately, nice and bigger than usual airline bathrooms. Nothing of that sort happened! It was a comfortable and on time trip with no problems! It took a while for the staff to open up the boarding gate. Upon boarding I was given a sandwich which contained eggs.
Crew members are waking up for lunch and breakfast but not for snacks and other beverages. We are feeling hungry later. Out flight was not crowded so after take off we could take up all three seats. That was cool for a little nap. The layover was hell. They put me in a warehouse with wooden benches for beds.
The US part of the journey was fine but the rest was aweful. Pre pay for all luggage.
And if you are not of Italics an decent they treat you lousy. The luggage policy is not clear. Appears you pay your bag if overweight. Nice new planes out of NYC. Ok food for an airline. Second leg to Palermo was delayed slightly but no big deal. All around a great experience.
Coming back to JFK, the crew was terrible. Not helpful not pleasent but just there on the flight. I was woken by the toilet flush every 3 min. The sound was soooo awful I had to put headphones on to try and block the sounds.
I had a headache and could not sleep the entire flight. Really awful to have to deal with all things LOUD bathroom flushing every 3 min. It was completely unacceptable. The full recline seats were really good and comfy. I could sleep on my side which is what I prefer. Good food and excellent service. My suitcase was completely soaked from the rain in Istanbul. It must have been left on the tarmac in Istanbul before it was loaded onto the aircraft. I had clothes on the inside that needed to be dried once in Cairo. Food variety could be better. Also for a family of 4, the only option I had was to sit in group of 2.
More legroom, good entertainment and food was great! Smooth landings pretty much on time. Poor food, flight attend and finally baggage missing. Overall experience is extremely bad. Landlords gave an unpleasant service! The food was cold It was comfort place to sit.
Bad experience with KLM. I asked the Chinese flight attendant in economy to please ask the man in front of me to put his seat up since the captain and purser had already asked us to do so in three languages The man in front of me refused to do so. She said she was going to start at the front of the plane and let him leave his seat back making it difficult to see my tv monitor. Your seats are very uncomfortable upright when the person in front of you has their seat back.
The food was delicious, the staff was wonderful. Did NOT know ticket was economy light!!!! Flight attendants are excellent, polite, warm, professional. Superb Pilot we had a very nice flight. Value flight so no luxuries. Wifi doesn't work, USB port was broken Got us where we were going for a great price though. Flight attendants escorted us to our seats and helped stow our carry on luggage. Lie flat seats were comfortable with some storage space. Meals were very good as well. Seats were slightly stiff, but not too bad. This is in no way the airline's fault, and they tried to make it work in spite of the people doing it, but as a Westerner this was confusing.
Flight went smooth, was on time, no issues. Meal had pretty good cake. In flight entertainment has a good amount of Japanese pop, too. Minor gate change, not a big deal. Really not to much to complain about. The planes are nice and new. Prices are very cheap. If you book economy and then upgrade to "extra room" seats and buy a meal seats you're basically flying in what they call businiess class for a lot less. There was a huge snowstorm in Boston. A lot of people did not make it to the airport before the check-in desk closed. The airplane itself was grounded because of the snow for two hours.
So a lot of people were in the main waiting area, while their plane was at the gate, but WOW did not care at all. They would not bring any gate agents out to check people in even though the plane was on the ground waiting.
Many of us tried calling their support line - no answer. After a very long wait you get to what sounds like an India or Pakistan call center. The people there don't have any information, and the only things they can do are whatever you can do on the website.
WOW has no real phone agents. I saw their gate agents later walking around and asked them to check us in - they shrugged. Would not check us in, despite the plane being on the ground. They could care less. Other airlines were shocked at how we were treated. Iceland Air was amazing. They saw our predicament and brought one of their managers out to their check-in gate to sell us last minute tickets on Iceland Air.
If you get on the WOW flight - service is good. But you're taking a risk. Ground staff really does not care at all and will pretend they don't know you. Competent but basic service in the air. It used to be so good. I had sea bass which was so dry. There were a group of 30 people travelling together. They monopolised the lobby bar and were rowdy and noisy despite requests from the crew. The flat bed is so hard, it needs a mattress. Seats comfortable especially when plane not too crowded of course!! Blankets large and warm. I did not eat for 18 hours. Staff were friendly, helpful and accomodating. I was surprised that BA charges for drinks like water. Flight from London to Warsaw is an international Flight after all. Plane could use a deep clean. Entertainment choices were limited in terms of latest blockbusters. Not only the first flight got delayed for over 2 hours. I had gotten round trip tickets through kayak and for some reason one trip was allowed baggage but trip back was not. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!
