Public policy is inherently boring and dry and unfortunately works its self out in lengthy, sleep-inducing, thirst-exacerbating discourse. Professor Lee takes note and avoids putting his readers asleep with his interesting and educating environmental policy study! I would recommend this book to anyone interested in policy adaptation, adaptive management, complex analysis "complexitory" , environmental science, and politics, in general.
