My husband and I wanted an intimate wedding ceremony, so we eloped at Butterfly Hollow. This bed and breakfast is definitely a small piece of heaven. David and Sharon were wonderful hosts and made our wedding day magical. We plan to go back and visit on our anniversary each year.

We would recommend Butterfly Hollow to any bride and groom for thier wedding day. This was a second wedding for both by husband and I so we were searching for a place that would be beautiful not tacky.
Butterfly Hollow met our criteria. We had an intimate wedding with only my husband's parents attending. The day was completely stress free. David and Sharon made us feel at ease immediately. We selected the elopement package which included photography, officiant services performed by David, a wedding bouquet for me and a bout for my husband. The pricing is on the website. David and Sharon provided music throughout the day.
You may also provide your own CD of songs. David gave us a wonderful personal ceremony. He talked to us, not at us. He made us laugh often throughout the ceremony.

Sharon was in charge of pictures during the ceremony and she did a wonderful job of catching us in the moment. We spent about an hour and a half walking the grounds after the ceremony so David could capture us on our wedding day. We took pictures with the horses, on the hammock, the swing, along the gravel drive.

Can't say enough good things about Butterfly Hollow and Dave. The grounds are lovely and so peaceful! It was the perfect getaway and we really got to relax and decompress during our Thank you so much.

Dave was extremely accommodating and helpful. The entire place was filled with different butterflies, plants and trees. Dave is a great host, when it comes down to knowing your job and how to do it this guy hit the nail on the head. Breakfast was wonderful every morning! My daughter had an intimate family wedding there in July and everything was perfect - from start to finish.
The setting is lovely - a green glen tucked into the gently rolling hills of Tennessee. Every room is beautifully appointed with no detail overlooked. There are several picturesque spots to hold a wedding ceremony with vistas of the verdant lawns and gardens. In July, there were literally hundreds of butterflies swarming on the flowers - magical! He manages everything from breakfast on the deck, to flowers, the ceremony itself, and dinner and dancing in the barn.

Coming from California, it was such a pleasure to let Dave handle things - our only task was to enjoy! Watching the stars and fireflies come out while listening to bluegrass music in the hills, I could not think of a more memorable or beautiful place to hold a wedding.
