The hotel was old and run down it smelled like mold in the stairwell and rooms and the hallway s smelled like someone was smoking drugs hard drugs the windows was foggy because they all need to be replaced with new ones the outside look so depressing it looked abandoned the lobby stinks and the elevator it smelled like old eggs and sausages 1 out of 2 elevator's worked the swimming pool was dirty not open one could tell it has been abandoned for years the toilet seats were dirty there was 3 staff members who tried there best to make the place nice I was so scared because there were barely anyone stay there this place needs a lot of help 3 people cannot run it sad.

The 3 staff they were so nice they gave us coupons for Denny's and the room was clean they had cable and wifi. The property was dirty and very unprofessionally managed. First he bathrooms were filthy and the manager refused to clean them. He asked us to use another rooms bathroom. That bathroom was just as dirty. The price was way overpriced for the service we received.

At check out the manager was sleeping and refused to answer to check us out. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone to stay at.

Ice machines did not work. Only one elevator was working. Choose at your own risk. Tv is older than me no flat screen no housekeeping. Power went out 30 min after check in. Room, lobby, hallway and elevator were very hot. Durty smelley no hot water ugly.

Cheap price and just for night stay its a great deal!! Too pricey, and it's a basic room with a tv. The smell wasn't great. Also the first room we had the refrigerator was leaking. Then the second room they put us in didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. The location was close to stores, restaurants and the beach. Front desk worker poor attitude, headboard hanging off bed, bed rocked, when you sit on bed mattress slides off.

Smelled like mildew as you walk in the door. Rate a big fat 0. Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was filthy. The TV reception was awful. The lock on the bathroom got stuck and we had to kick the door open so I could get out. There was a musky smell to the entire hotel.

Nothing positive about this place at all. Bring towels because they are alllll stained with brown dots. Hotel was so dirty, walls falling apart, couch was totally stained, sheets as well as bedspread so stained - it was scary to even sleep on the bed. Walls were totally dirty, appliances were dirty - looked like gooey stuff all over the bathroom mirror.

We could not sleep and could not wait to leave the next morning. Hotel should be condemned. Nothing to like about this hotel. Very dirty, air conditioner was very loud and should not even have been in the room. Metal plate screwed on the top all bent covering where the air came out. Towels were what I would use as car drying towels.

On the ad, it showed a picture of Motel 6 which I have stayed at several times before, only to find out it was W H Pike hotel. Hotel had a weird smell to it as soon as you opened the door made me nauseous which the room didn't make it any better highly doubt they use proper cleaning products. This place is a pure dump. It was Memorial Day Weekend and prices everywhere were crazy so we accepted the fact we were overpaying for a disgusting place but still..

The carpet was pretty old and didn't feel that great. The most discomfort I experienced was with the bedding, while the bed itself was comfortable, the sheets, though clean, was hard like paper, and not enough pillows for a king bed. Towels were clean but too small. The room was clean and nice. Only thing I would change needs little table in bathroom to put toiletries and makeup other than that no complaints. This hotel had some mixed reviews but we were pleasantly surprised.
