The unit needed updating including a coat of paint, wall fixtures and power point improvement. The nice entrance to the property. The noise from apartments behind and the view from the window. I early like the place where the apartments were situated and the Boulangerie near it.
I travel a lot, staying in different types of accommodation, yet this stay was one of the best! To say it felt like at home is to say nothing! Despite we had problems with contacting Cecilia, due to our mobile network issues, she was kind enough to wait until our previously agreed time to let us have our ate check-in! We really appreciate it! So as we appreciate the sparkling clean apartment with every detail thought trough! You can tell the host is super thoughtful and arranged everything from the heart. You have great Wi-Fi signal, fully equipped spacious kitchen, washing machine, coffee, tea, olive oil, even cereals to cook our own meals.
We had all possible toiletries we might need, 2 towels per each person, 2 sets of bed sheets and warmest duvets you will need one in Decembre. So well thought trough! We were a family of 4 with a child, and the beds were super comfy! There were even some CDs with movies, books and children toys to play. The apartment was spacious enough for 4 people, the neighborhood was safe and silent, you have a garden view.
The location was perfect only few minutes from Train Station, airport bus stop we used 23rd and Carrefour Supermarket nearby. It takes like 15 min to get to the beach by walking. Overall, when you travel a lot you really appreciate a great service for the relatively humble price, and with Cecilia's apartment, you definitely get much more than what you pay! Thank you very much and hope to come back! It was a little noisy.
We could hear the neighbours, slamming doors, walking and their television. There was cockroaches spray in the appartment wich gave us a bit of unpleasant feelings. We didn't see any bugs though! The appartment is within 15 minute walk or public transport from Nice old village. Great location Exceptionally clean. On our first night my wife was bitten several times and we captured two bedbugs.
Obviously we had to move to a hotel for the second night, at great expense, and the host initially refused to give us any refund, even trying to blame us for bringing the bedbugs. Eventually she gave us a refund for one night, which is still completely unacceptable given the inconvenience and cost we suffered. Hopefully she has dealt with the problem now, but it would be irresponsible of me not to mention my experience there.
The apartment is in a good location and the facilities are good. There should have been more than one functional key for three persons.

It was a quiet place quite central. The host was very kind. Great welcome from host who met us early to hand over keys. Owner is really nice and kind.
