    Silvia was amazing to deal with, and welcomed us to the apartment like family. The apartment was easy to access with few stairs and was very central, extremely clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and Silvia even left small food snacks for guests to enjoy which was very appreciated and a lovely touch. Silvia was also happy to continually answer any questions we had throughout our stay via text message, which was a great help. Place was with amenities for cooking and doing laundry. It was also nice that a welcome water, juice, coffee, milk and biscuits was provided.

    The mattress was quite firm and of high quality, which we greatly appreciated. The kitchen is well appointed, though a couple of wooden implements would be wise to help guard the condition of the excellent pans. The charming host stocks the kitchen with a thoughtful assortment of basics including butter and milk! It had a clean and welcoming, modern and all facilities were in good working order.

    What ever you needed was there and more than advertised on booking. It was easy to find. Both hosts spoke good English. The apartment had great security. Thanks you and enjoyable stay. Silvia was such a lovely person. I'm sure we will return. Silvia could not be more helpful. A most delightful and homely stay of 3 days. We were very comfortable and Silvia was a marvellous host.     Interesting old house and feeling of being welcome. Awesome to open the windows and hear and smell the Italian way of life on the streets below I stayed for 5 nights, and the apartment is just right in the center. This was a fantastic experience. Bed was very firm. Stairs to 3rd floor but this was disclosed in the add.

    Beautiful apartment but stairs may not suit older persons with suitcases. The location was walking distance from the station and centrally located to the action, restaurants, etc. Nice and quiet area.

    Wonderful host, amazing location, beautiful scenery, we loved this apartment. It was nice to meet Silvia who was very welcoming. We immediately felt at home. The apartment was very well decorated and the facilities excellent. We would definitely come again! After summertime you might want to wear slippers or socks, cause the floors are rather cold. Perfect location near the lake and in the heart of old town. Location, space, laundry facilities, comfort. Bed was not very comfietable. Everything what an absolute fabulous place to stay. Excellent apartment and location.

    We wish we had stayed longer and will definitely return. Silvia is a wonderful host and her spotless apartment has been a highlight of our tour of Italy and Germany.

    It is great to be so central in the old town which is full of character. We loved the quirky acess and enjoyed feeling part of a friendly neighbourhood. We can highly recommend a wonderful little family restaurant very close by called Restaurant Rino, 3 Via Vitari. It was perfect in every way. A bit noisy, but that is due to it being so central.
