Overall, the hotel was good, with fairly nice rooms and excellent housekeeping. Just a short hop from the Lisbon airport. Staff friendly and accomodating, very professional. Very modern decor, large open airy lobby area with comfortable seating.

The rooms are spacious and well appointed with excellent connectivity for business users. The staff are always friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Iourik, We are very happy to hear your kind words. This is very conveniently located near the airport minute walk, door to door - There is a shuttle every 20 minutes. It seems to have it all, and caters well to the in-and-out airport travelers. John H, We are very happy to hear your kind words. Needed a one night stay prior to flying out from Lisbon.

Check-in easy - room spacious ans clean, bed comfortable and noise from corridors and other rooms un-noticeable. Staff fairly efficient but the welcoming smile didn't reach the eyes. Restaurant bland - breakfast buffet bland in fact overall the hotel exuded an atmosphere of bland functionality. Not surprising seeing as it's an airport hotel. The disconcerting bit was to have shower and lavatory cubicles with opaque glass doors in the room itself.

A curtain to draw across for privacy if one were sharing the room does not work as one has to walk past the shower and lavatory cubicles to get in and out of the room. The other poor feature is the layout and location of the light switches and power points. Ok for a single occupancy one night stay but nothing else.
