Since you are still under age and your parents will not allow you to seek guidance in this matter I recommend you just read as much as you can about the subject but on a more scientific level studies in parapsychology rather than a sensational level.

Well, I do not know Well to me it never worked. When I was in school I played it all alone; my intention was to call a spirit and then request to reveal the question paper. It never worked for me.
