We are most definitely not perfect, and it is in our moments of slipping up, of falling off the wagon and getting a bit messy that we grow and learn the most. This is about full and complete acceptance of who we are, even when we break our own rules.

    And as we practice that in ourselves and have the courage to share that with our audience we allow them to drop the expectations they have placed upon themselves and allow them to be more real and more of who they feel to be in each moment. I am learning that when we experience moments of lapse, challenge and resistance and we allow it to be there, we eventually drop below and come even closer to what is actually true for us.
