My niece and I really enjoyed this ebook. Each worm comes up one by one. Each is a different color. They all have different faces too.
Some even have only one eye. My niece really enjoyed all those funny faces on the worms.
One worm even looks a bit like a ghost. Very cute and well drawn. This is a great book because it teaches some counting and several colors. This is done in a fun and interactive way that kids can participate in.
I was a bit concerned when the bird showed up! My niece's face suddenly went from happy to worried.
But luckily everyone got away unharmed. Short and fun read. We have read it to her so many times and each time she loves to count the worms and tell you all the colors. We have even found her sitting in her chair looking at the pictures and counting the worms by herself. This is a great book for small children just learning.
