After that, collect power-ups if and when you can, aiming for zombies that are closer to you. Don't allow zombies to get too close, as you may be unable to hit them.
Dodge zombies for as long as possible! Whilst I have recommended a Speed type character, you do not really need to run around much. Simple, slow movements around the court is best. Try to be in a position so that the zombies are grouped together.
Running around the court will just cause the zombies to be scattered, making it much more difficult to move around and survive. Move around the perimeter of the court step by step, so that the zombies are constantly moving towards you. You earn points for defeating zombies. Hit a zombie combo for bonus points.
You can also collect other items, such as coins and emeralds, which give you large amounts of points. Occasionally, there will be a civilian to save.
