    • The narration was good but there were many times that there was no pause between characters switching and I was confused as to who was saying what. I feel like there is room to grow there.

    I made it to chapter 13, but I can't take it anymore. The characters are unrealistic in the extreme, the pacing makes it hard to even try to find something to identify with. The performance is also flat and amplifies the bad writing. Had a very difficult time connecting with the leading lady.

    Not sure if it is the narrator or the character development.

    The men in the story kept me interested and instilled a need to finish. Like Cole as an Alpha Dom. I can never understand why people read about what a story is suppose to be about. They get on the reviews and proceed to rip the story apart. First of all this is a fantasy story. However yes, club or no club there is a bdsm lifestyle. The narrator should probably work on changing voices a little better. It was hard tho figure out who was talking in a few places. Other wise nice clear understandable voice.

    Which is very important too. I would like to point out that while Cameron did manipulate the situation to get Mia in the building so to speak.

    Mia herself initiated the relationship with Richard after her first contact. I love how the relationships developed and how bdsm help Richard rather than him doing it because he was mentally ill. I think Mia agreed with her eyes open. Finding her home and her guys. Enthrall was amazing and totally sucked me in!

    It was definitely not what I was expecting in the best way possible! Twenty-one year old Mia Lauren gets employed as secretary to senior dominant, Richard Booth at Enthrall.

    BOOK REVIEW: Enthrall: Session 1 by Vanessa Fewings

    She is instantly attracted to her new boss and his air of confidence, handsome good looks, and domineering ways. She is quick to make friends at the club with her amiable personality and even earns the attention of some clients. Richard thinks she is not cut out for the job and decides to fire her, however with the help of the club psychiatrist, Cameron Cole and a friends suggestion, she takes drastic measures to get her job back.

    Cameron Cole has his own air of confidence, sexiness, and intensity. Mia is constantly being thrown into situations with him and in turn making Richard angry. It is a constant, wild and mysterious ride throughout the book with some hot as hell scenes! I can't wait to find out more!! A definite must read!!! However, really needed a male voice for Richard and Cameron! The audiobook of Enthrall delivered a top notch performance of a genuinely moving novel.

    I enjoyed every minute. What was one of the most memorable moments of Enthrall? The moment demonstrates the balance the author pulls off between the physical and the psychological. There's a subtly and range to Abra Neville that goes beyond the expected competent reading of text. I really felt as though Mia was sharing her story directly with me. Abra Neville made the experience intimate and worth recommending. Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you? The time spent in Napa Valley made me realize fully that this story wasn't just another erotic romance.

    It was an emotional, arousing journey. The discovery of the audiobook of Enthrall was rewarding, and I'm thrilled that the author continues the story in additional novels. In addition, from what I've read online, Vanessa Fewings has novellas of this dynamic world in the works to add to the trilogy already available.

    I read this book from the Audible Romance Package. This book deals with a naive woman growing up. She rushed through it like she just wanted to get it over with. Used the same voice for all characters.

    I struggled hard to get through this book. The author tried hard to give these characters backstories to round them out, but they feel tossed in. The main relationship is unrealistic, or maybe it is realistic for a 21 year old.

    Main character is hard to relate to if you're older than Wish I hadn't purchased, would not recommend. It was hard to connect with the main character, Mia. She decides to work at a BDSM club, yet has a serious aversion to the women visiting the club and their reasons for being there. She can google a fish and her boss, but not the basics of what goes down at her work? This book seems like one giant contradiction.

    The character traits, the actions of the characters and the plot are all over the place.
