Written by Marcos Eduardo Acosta Aldrete. This Spanish film was a success in both ways box office and critically. Despite a few faults and a few somewhat inconsistent sequences, it is a reasonable movie.
Secrets are the main subject of this film, what this movie is mostly about. This foreign motion picture has a solid story, even though just a personal thought it could use more sequences in the old abandoned house.
That'd only do good to it. Javi is wonderfully performed by Andoni Erburu. This kid must have been quite a revelation when this movie came out. His cuteness, his tender and so expressive face, his undeniable talent Javi's grandfather is funny because he is such a grumpy old man and he is well portrayed by the actor. The mysterious voices of dead people heard in some bits of this movie must have served as an inspiration for the over-hyped American film 'The Sixth Sense'.

It is worn and torn and falling apart and I can't find its print date. But it contains one of my favorite quotes of all time - a quote fairly telling of why I will always and forever be a tree-hugging, romantic with a penchant toward mysticism: I found the endless prairies where I have this old paperback titled, "Secrets of the Heart" by Kahlil Gibran. Like in all his other books, the comparisons he made, the metaphors used, are a delight for the reader. I did thoroughly enjoy that as This book was not one of my favorite works of Khalil Gibran.
I did thoroughly enjoy that aspect. I also loved the poem, The Countrymen. I feel the book is blemished by the consistent mood throughout, but because of my devotion to Gibran, I might still reread it to explore what I might have missed the first time. This is the work of God through Christ Jesus Romans 6: It is not slight, or half-and-half work, but thorough. We cannot serve two masters.
