If you head to the Upper East Side, swing towards the light show to find Electro and many Demons holding the police under siege. From your vantage point, dodge the sniper fire and head down to the transformer on the nearby building.
Head to the South building next, and ascend to the rooftop where some snipers backed by a Brute and other Demons are, and kick them off the ledges with Swing Kicks or Impact Webs. The next transformer is found to the West of the police building, below a water tower.
When the Sword Demon shows up, look around the environment for an electrical junction to throw and stun him, then follow up with a beatdown before you take out the transformer. The last one is located at the base of the station itself, but is only guarded by a few gun-toting Demons, so quickly dodge their fire and hit back with your own attacks like Impact Webs to stop them in their tracks, then dismantle the last transformer. With the policemen free, join them in the last battle against the Demons as they show up in cars.
There are a few Sword and Shield Demons among them, so act carefully, disperse gadgets liberally and be ready to dodge and counter the Sword Demon attacks.
Stick whoever you can to the cars with webs, and use aerial attacks to replenish focus quickly if you need to heal up. At the Upper West Side precinct, Rhino has cleared the way for convicts with guns to attack the police station. There are three positions they have converged on, so act quickly to help the officers from the attacks.
Head to the first barricade and zip into the backline enemies using guns and molotovs to even the odds.
Impact Webs or Electric Webs can be useful when they start to group up against you. Head to the East Barricade next, but be wary, as one of the convicts has whips like a Whip Demon, and will pluck you out of the sky. Stay grounded and dodge until you get your opening, then lay into and keep him off his feet before pinning him in place with an Impact Web, then focus on the rest of the crew. The South Barricade has a few more punks - including some heavy Brutes that can make dealing with them a pain.
