    Trias will benefit from having this text in there personal library. What is most revealing about the text is Trias sensei's explanation of Karate-do and it's techniques as a science. Historically it gives us a glimpse of one Americas early Karate masters perspective on learning, practicing and teaching karate-do. Grandmaster Trias did a great job on this book.

    Would recommend to all Martial Artists. I had met Master Robert Trias many years ago as a U. Police Self-Defense seminar and found him to be a friendly and down to earth man. At that time his karate association was the largest in the United States.
