How many of those are there? I could guarantee anybody that wants to go to that auction, they will find 1, to 2, properties would starting bids of the back taxes. Most of your clients like passive. If you went to northeast Phoenix, we said that was Scottsdale. Do you want something like that in your portfolio? You do have to do some research and educate yourself.
